Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Review Totem's displays and dashboard. By creating an account or using a display, you agree to them.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login secure and for the destinations you configure. Do not point displays at unlawful, deceptive, or harmful content.

Displays and links

Each display has a permanent public link that redirects to a destination you choose. You may change the destination at any time. We may suspend a link that is used for abuse, fraud, malware, or violates these terms or applicable law.

Reviews

Review Totem never gates or filters customers. Everyone who taps or scans is sent to your chosen destination. Analytics measure taps and scans, not completed reviews — we cannot confirm that any individual submitted a review. You are responsible for following the review platform's own guidelines (for example, not incentivizing reviews where prohibited).

Service availability

We work to keep redirects fast and reliable but provide the service "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use means you accept the changes.
